WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES?

FREE SHIPPING TO WHOLE UK FOR ALMOST ALL PRODUCTS BUT EXCEPT SOME (Please check below)

 * In the exceptional circumstance weight of the order makes free shipping unviable, we will contact you to work out the best solution for both parties.

 WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order and if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Retail orders are shipped out directly from domestic warehouses in UK and you will receive your order in 2-3 working days through DPD or Royal Mail and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can. Wholesale orders are manufacturing in India and shipping to UK and this will take approximately 14 days if the MOQ is for only 30 pieces. More MOQ may require more time as per the season.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Direct shipments to end users in Southern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey are currently suspended.
  - There may be a sur charge applied for certain addresses (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish And Scilly Isles) 
  - The above delivery charges apply to web orders only.
